Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer

Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit sehr gutem Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Solta. Wohnung ist mit Mückennetzen ausgerüstet. Die sanitären Anlagen in der Wohnung sind teilweise veraltet. Möbel teilweise ebenso.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, Poolanlage sehr schön & sauber, Zugang zum Meer war nur einige Schritte, große geräumige Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick! In der von uns genutzten Nachsaison total ruhig - wie von uns erhofft... Sehr gute Restaurants sowohl auf der Insel als auch in Trogir!! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und geben deshalb ein überzeugtes "absolut empfehlenswert" ab!!!

Great villa over the Adriatic sea

We really enjoyed staying at the Villa Pinia. Positives: 1) direct access to the sea - rocky beach with ladder 2) swimmig pool 3) great view 4) quiet place 5) great support from the owner who lives on the top floor flat 6) proximity to Split airport but not in the fly path Negatives: 1) steep motor access - really scary with the car the first time, going down and coming back up 2) no shop in the village - nearest shopping center can only be reached by car (in october)

Wysoki standard, świetna lokalizacja

Świetnie wyposażona willa, klimatyczne przestronne wnętrze (apartament dla 7 osób na piętrze). Super basen i ogród, mili właściciele. Dom bezpośrednio przy morzu i skalistej plaży, ale fajna plaża żwirkowa z niewielkim barem tuż obok.

Wspaniałe wakacje

Polecamy. Miejsce idealne do odpoczynku. Cisza, spokój. Właściciele bardzo mili i weseli. Widok z okien i tarasu -rewelacja. Podjazd - trochę stromy, ale jak ktoś był w Karpaczu lub Szklarskiej to da radę. Plaża z zejściami do morza jako drabinki -10 m. od posesji- super, inne około 100m. Woda cieplutka.
