Rooms were very clean, staff was super friendly, this was such a pleasurable experience. I will definitely be back as we travel often to Kansas City. I would only suggest more topping options for waffles per my children’s request 😂.

Hottub was the reason we went and it was not working. There was some kind of bloody snot or something on the wall of the shower and NONE of the soaps were filled at all.... and usually i bring my own soaps and shampoo and stuff but i didn't this time, so it was not ideal. Breakfast was generic and the only good part was the attendant. He was super nice and got us bagels when there wasn't any, so he would be the only reason to give any good feedback besides the fact they did allow late check out.
