You can look forward to a cozy and lovingly furnished modern vacation apartment that accommodates up to 4 people. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator (including a freezer), stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Upon request, an extra bed can be added on the sofa bed in the living room; a surcharge per night applies for this. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub featuring an integrated shower. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings on the rooftop terrace. There is also a shoe and clothing store in the building. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking lot behind the house (Note: courtyard clearance width 2.25 m / clearance height 1.90 m) free of charge.

Centrally located on Olbernhau’s market square, you’ll find everything you need within walking distance (bakery, kebab shop, Torteneck, ice cream parlour, Indian restaurant, REWE, Netto, pharmacy, Grünthaler Straße for strolling with many shops, and the tourist information office).
The beautiful Ore Mountains are perfect for hiking and biking. A visit is worthwhile in every season. There are plenty of outing options: the Saigerhütte in Grünthal, the “Blockline” trail for mountain bikers, Blockhausen with its chainsaw sculptures and the world’s longest wooden table, Seiffen with its demonstration workshops and shops selling pyramids, Schwibbögen, wooden figurines, incense men, a summer toboggan run, etc., the Aqua Marien water park, Kids Arena Marienberg, Stockhausen—a playground paradise for children, and excursions to the Bohemian Ore Mountains.
The Olbernhau Christmas Market is a 2-minute walk away.

Starting in 2024, the town of Olbernhau will charge a visitor’s tax. Guests will receive a guest card offering numerous discounts (e.g., free public transportation starting in May 2024, discounts on various museum admissions, city tours, theatre tickets, outdoor swimming pools, and much more). This is not yet included in the price. The visitor’s tax can be paid via PayPal or by bank transfer.
