INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Jeremy House 53 is an elegant one-bedroom apartment in central Olbia, located on the third floor of a modern building with a lift. The bright living area includes a lounge corner, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and kettle. A comfortable double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The double bedroom has access to a private balcony, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washing machine. A furnished covered veranda overlooking the park offers a pleasant outdoor area for relaxing or dining.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The covered veranda is one of the most appreciated areas of the apartment, furnished with a sofa and a small table and offering a relaxing view over the park. Free street parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the building.
The properties advertised are offered in tourist lease by their respective owners and represented by the intermediary, in accordance with Law 431/98 and art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Autonomous Region of Sardinia).

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be required upon arrival and pre-authorised on a credit card physically presented and registered to the guest.
The pre-authorisation will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time may vary depending on the bank).
Any damages or rule violations may result in partial or full retention of the deposit.
TOURIST TAX
Payable in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.
BOOKING DETAILS

WASTE SEPARATION
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Guests must follow the collection schedule, use the required bags and dispose of any remaining waste before departure.
