Property was ok. Wasnt aware the front of property faces a major roadway. Constant noise from emergency vehicles was a major annoyance on top of everyday traffic. No grassy area for pets. Location was convenient to beach . Overall stay was good

Our experience with house rental
Yes. The sign outside the rental displayed a sign for ocean park cinnamon buns. People misunderstood and thought this was a place open for business. There was trash(ears of corn behind the couch) and more trash behind other furniture in bedroom(nightstand/bed/clothing stand table) lighting throughout the house was terrible especially the bathroom. When it was apparently renovated from business to residential the light switches were not in areas that could be used & furniture had to be moved in order to use. The dryer vent had NEVER been cleaned & this posed a huge fire risk. The shower was entirely not usable due to the tiny size. We had to store all items in freezer because fridge would not get cold. The carpentry work was terrible but that was the least of our worries

Great response
The house was exactly as stated. It could have been a bit cleaner but overall nice place. The host was excellent when responding to an urgent call that we locked ourselves out at 9pm. She arrived within 15 minutes and was very pleasant. I would definitely book with this host again.
