Great house with a perfect location. Very close to the main drag and the beach, 5 minute walk! Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Great views from the porch, back yard, and living room. Stairs were far less of a climb than they look on the photos, very easy to manage. The hosts were gracious and easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a place to stay at OOB this house is a wonderful choice.

Great location and responsive host

The location cannot be beat if you are looking to stay walkable from the sights and fun of the pier, beach, and surrounding venues while still wanting a quiet place to sleep.The amenities are perfect. The home slept 3 couples, 1 solo traveler, and a bunkroom for our kids. The host left delicious donuts and made check in simple so we were off to a great start. The beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable and every room had its own AC for personal comfort. 2 parking spaces on site made travel simple, but the local sights, including the beach, pier, amusement park, and a slew of restaurants made it very walkable.

Great beach house!

Nice and clean, big and comfortable. Everything you’d need for a group. plenty of towels and a back yard to roast marshmallows. Perfect location with access to beach and the pier!!!

We had a great trip. This house is perfectly located to all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Right next to beach and pier as well as shops and Playland arcade. Host was responsive and accommodations were great.

GREAT stay!!

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Can’t beat the location (close to everything). And the house is even more beautiful in person than the pictures depict. Spacious, open, perfect size. We all had a great time and would absolutely stay again.

Great place !

Beautiful house! Really well situated and there is a lot of room for the kids to play. 5 minute walk to the beach.We can even see the fireworks from the living room ! It was clean overall but the floor was dirty. Feet came black after taking a shower and there is dust here and there but it is over all clean :) not enough toilet paper and dishcloths for the week but it is a detail. Would defenitly come back !

Beach town comfort

This is a good property for multi family groups or several couples. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants & amusement park. Also, you can just sit outside viewing the area ; or relax out back with the firepit. Outdoor grill works well. Each room has working TV’s. One minor point- Host needs to leave additional garbage bags on hand for replacement. And; please list some of the available house items - chairs, surf board. Etc
