Staff is friendly. Be sure to walk through the wetlands park/ garden. The plants and trees are lovely, but I especially enjoyed listening to all the birds.

Found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Their breakfast is perfect for a free breakfast, especially when you have athletes moving to events in the morning. The rooms are clean. The grounds are clean. Recommend this property.

The place is ok. Easy check in and check out. There was no more confitioner, body wash and facial tissue when we got in but the service was fast when we ask for it. Temperature control in our room was broken and hot tub was under repair and so is the other elevator. Their hot breakfast was ok, limiting their bacon (haha). Not so much of selections though. The breakfast room was a bit dark. Facility and room is clean. I love their lobby.

When I checked in there was ZERO information about the property. I was given my key & sent to my room. The reason I chose this property was the pool & hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t working.. disappointing & the pool was VERY COLD. Also only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. They truly need the front counter staff retrained in order to make guests aware of the free breakfast, specials at the on site restaurant, pool & hot tub facilities. Very poorly organized by front counter staff. Will stay at the Ramada in future.
