Welcome to this wonderful and modern house for 4 people, with beautiful terraces, one of them next to the beach sand of La Devesa, in Oliva Nova.
If you love the sea and modern accommodations this is the best house to stay. The front terrace is basically over the sea sand and the inside offers a comfortable modernity. You can enjoy your meals at the front terrace each day, admiring the sea and the golden sand. However, you also have the back terrace where you also can spend the nicest family moments.

Inside, you'll find an airy and relaxing room combining the living area -with TV-, the dining and the kitchen. This offers an induction top, all you need to cook as if you were at home, and an air conditioner to refresh this entire room. Climbing the stairs you'll find the bathroom of the house, with a shower, and two bedrooms with a closet and a fan each. One of them offers a double bed, space for a baby cot and access to a balcony with views to the sea. The second has a trundle bed. There are a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a high-chair for your baby.

This terraced house offers direct access to the beach of La Devesa, just a few steps away. Imagine yourselves reaching the beach with just a towel to bask in the sun and swim because you can return to the house to fetch some appetisers and drinks. The area of Oliva Nova is also perfect since the golf course is just 2.8 km away and there are lots of services like bars, restaurants, etc, around.

Location ideal with small kids. Clean sand beach 20m from house. Terrase with sea view in shadow just after breakfast (we stayed 1st week of June). Pleasure to spend siesta hours in terrase with light sea wind when its too hot on the beach. Kichen has everything needed.

Casita adosada a pié de playa

Cuando llegamos nos estaba esperando la dueña de la casa. Muy amable y dispuesta. La casa estaba impoluta. A la cocina no le faltaba de nada, nos dejó café, cola cao, té etc. En el baño había también de todo (un poco pequeño). Es verdad, que la casita, de dos pisos es bastante recogida, sobre todo el segundo dormitorio es pequeño, pero para dormir vale perfectamente con camas cómodas. Lo mejor, es que tiene 3 terrazas. Las vistas desde el dormitorio fantásticas así como las del salón y otra terraza desde la cocina. Para los amantes de playa es una maravilla, ya que está literalmente a pie de la playa. De volver por la zona repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Para 3 o 4 personas falta un segundo baño.

Un lugar ideal, tranquilo, fresco. Vistas maravillosas.

Las Vistas de la casa son preciosas, a pie de playa, casa limpia con todo lo necesario para la estadia, luminosa, fresca, con una terraza maravillosa para disfrutar, tranquilidad en sus alrededores, ideal para familias. La propietaria un encanto, atenta y dispuesta para aclararte o solucionar cualquier imprevisto, ha sido muy atenta. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y con ganas de regresar.
