Villa for 4 persons with private pool in idyllic situation directly on one of the most beautiful beaches of the coast. The villa is at only 20 metres from the wonderful natural dunes beach. Completely fenced private plot with a enclosed parking space at the entrance. The private 8 x 4 m pool with lawn for sun bathing and outdoor shower guarantee for fun and recreation during the hot summer months. The cozy and perfectly equipped villa has 2 bedrooms, a shower bath room, a fitted kitchen with dish washer and a bright lounge and dining area with access to the large, covered terrace. From everywhere you have fantastic views of the dunes and the sea behind. This is a wonderful place to spend the days outdoors, whether by relaxing on the shady terrace, making a barbecue in the garden or swimming in the pool. And of course enjoying the marvellous beach which you can reach in one minute, passing the garden gate and a small footpath. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all you need for a great vacation; washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, garden furniture, sun beds, BBQ, etc. Sat-TV and wifi internet. Air conditioning hot/cold in both bedrooms and the lounge as well as underfloor heating throughout the house. It is powered by solar panels and runs on direct current. The holiday home suits for 4 persons, there are 4 single beds provided. Calm location in the Oliva Nova Golf complex. At only a few steps from the sandy beach. The nearest restaurant is at 300 m and a small supermarket at 1.000 m in the Oliva Nova shopping centre. The entrance of the golf course is at 1.500 m. The town of Oliva can be reached by car easily within 10 minutes (6,5 km), Denia within 20 minutes (20 km). The large shopping centre Portal de La Marina is at 15 km. Oliva Nova is situated between Alicante and Valencia, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.

Prachtige locatie

De locatie is schitterend, in het zomer seizoen is dit een ideale lokatie. In het winter seizoen is het echter wat een ongezellig huis en ligt het wat afgelegen. Er wordt geadverteerd met een openhaard maar deze kan niet worden gebruikt.Het huis was ook niet bepaald schoon toen we er in kwamen. Een tip voor het verhuurbedrijf Happy in the sun is om dit ook beter te controleren. Bij Happy in the Sun werken overigens vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen die wel meedenken tijdens je verblijf en we zijn ze erg dankbaar dat ze een andere woning voor ons hadden toe ze gingen bouwen op de lokatie naast het huis, waardoor almet al een top vakantie hebben gehad

Sehr gerne wieder

Wir durften 10 Tage die tolle Villa Sol y Mar geniessen und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir fĂŒhlten uns sofort zu Hause. Der private Pool und der direkte Zugang zum Stand rundeten das unvergessliche Ferienerlebnis ab. Auch wurden wir vor Anreise schon von Frau Olthof sehr gut betreut und es blieb keine Frage offen. Eine kleine Empfehlung fĂŒr die kommende Saison: neue Liegen am Pool und neue Auflagen fĂŒr die Liegen und die StĂŒhle wĂ€ren ein Traum .

Schöne Unterkunft , gut ausgestattet in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön direkt hinter DĂŒnen mit Zugang zum breiten wenig besuchten Strand. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man braucht: SpĂŒlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlagen in beiden SchlafrĂ€umen und im Wohnzimmer, sowie ein modernes TV mit allen ĂŒblichen deutschen Sendern. Die Entfernung zu Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ok. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi uitzicht, service prima voor elkaar, netheid woning laat te wensen over

Omschrijving villa schept verwachtingen die niet passen bij de woning die wij aantroffen. Ligging is mooi en het uitzicht ook. Service van tussenpersoon verliep zeer goed. Onderhoud woning in combinatie met omschrijving prachtige villa is overdone. Het betreft hier een woning waarbij zowel het interieur als het pand een opknapbeurt kan gebruiken. Aandachtspunt: er stonden veel restjes van vorige huurders in de kasten en in de koelkast.
