Insalubre et service après vente inexistant
Hebergement insalubre. Poussiere, moisisures,cendres,… equipements manquants,instalation electrique dansgereuse, trou dans la cuisine vers l’exterieur, piscine petite et non entretenue. l’intelocutrice de Novasol du 5 juin 2022 c’est mal comporté en nous accusant de ne pas avoir lu les avis du site et a conclus,comme abritel et malgré l’envoi des photos constant l’insalubrité du logement, qu’il n’y avait pas de risque sanitaire selon leur charte de qualité. Elle nous a invité à attendre le passage d’une société de ménage le lendemain et donc de rester dans la location sans manger car la cuisine sale donc impossible de cuisiner, sans se doucher vu la saleté des sanitaires et sans pouvoir utiliser les toilettes car il ne fallait pas y mettre de papier wc … très mauvaise expérience, non prise au sérieux par le service client d’abrités et de Novasol. Nous n’avons pas été rembourssé de la première journée (70€)alors que nous avons du aller à l’hôtel (64€) et manger au restaurant (65€),une honte !!! Nous avons du nous reloger sans aide de Novasol ! Nous ne manquerons de diffuser cette mésaventure autant de fois qu’il le faudra. Unsanitary accommodation. Dust, mold, ashes,… missing equipment, dangerous electrical installation, hole in the kitchen towards the outside, small and unmaintained swimming pool. Novasol's interlocutor of June 5, 2022 behaved badly by accusing us of not having read the site's reviews and concluded, like abritel, despite the constant sending of photos of the insalubrity of the accommodation, that there was no health risk according to their quality charter. She invited us to wait for the passage of a cleaning company the next day and therefore to stay in the rental without eating because the kitchen is dirty so impossible to cook, without showering given the dirtiness of the toilets and without being able to use the toilets because it you shouldn't put toilet paper in it... very bad experience, not taken seriously by Novasol's customer service. We were not reimbursed for the first day (70€) when we had to go to the hotel (64€) and eat in the restaurant (65€), a shame!!! We had to relocate without help from abritel and Novasol! We will not fail to broadcast this misadventure as many times as necessary.
