The stay was excellent up until breakfast. Several of the items were empty at 8am, including yogurt, and no baked goods were available. The staff was courteous and did what they could with the limited resources they had.

Towels are always an issue here and the refrigerators in none of the rooms we've stayed in really works. They barely get cool (never cold).

The room was nice but I had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed and no extra pillows. I asked my 2nd day for clean towels, tissue, and my garbage to be emptied but I got nothing. I told one of the ladies that there was no towels in the pool area it was not restocked so that’s why I needed new towels in my room. The coffee machine in the lobby needed cleaning and be restocked. The cup stuck to the bottom. Then I was looking for ice machine and I didn’t find one working at least on main floor and 1st floor. I didn’t eat food there too much and the Ladies were nice. I did get a good price on the room.

Room was really nice. Customer service was nice. But, stains were on the toilet seat, it clearly wasn't cleaned. And fridge was dirty, wet, and had a strand of hair, definitely wasn't cleaned. Huge turnoff. Outside of that, place was nice.
