• The kitchen area includes utensils, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top and oven.
• There are two private bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
• The Studio Loft Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

As you enter the studio loft you come upon the kitchen with upgraded tile countertop and backsplash. It comes equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove top and an oven.

Across from the kitchen is the downstairs bed area with a queen size Murphy bed that when closed creates an open zone for gatherings and creates a great play area.

The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
Downstairs, the living room has a sofa (queen sleeper sofa), two chairs and a coffee table that helps to create a wonderful gathering and conversation zone. The television is wall hung in case it is needed. The adjacent wooden dining table and chairs seat six.

Upstairs the loft has a king bed, and full bathroom with an upgraded full shower.

The condominium has all the benefits of its convenient mountain location. You have easy access to the Village at Palisades Tahoe dining and located just steps from the resort chairlifts, KT22 and the Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine Meadows. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest, they are all nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails. Shirley Canyon is truly around the corner – up mountain for a great leg burner with beautiful views! Summer is not complete without some time at the Palisade Tahoe Lodge swimming pool. Biking, hiking, Lake Tahoe beaches or boating or several nearby Tahoe golf courses are also all available.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
