Well-located, clean, spacious house
Host was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. House has a really good floor plan; lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen and common spaces, fun downstairs game area, large washer and dryer, large kitchen sink and dishwasher, lots of tvs and central air works great. Neighborhood is very safe, house is very secure, and the location is great for what we were looking for (which was close to family). The house seemed like it is in the middle of a slow/casual long term renovation. Some things were very nice and updated, other things seemed old or a work-in-progress. There were not very many younger-kid things (no books or toys), just board games for older kids and an outdoor baby swing in the backyard. Biggest con of the house is the actual beds themselves - mattresses, bedding, pillows needs to be updated. The mattresses were either very very old (2 upstairs), or very very soft memory foam (2 upstairs and 1 down). Either way, by the end of the trip most of our backs were hurting. We didn’t love the polyester sheets or thin comforters (Not that breathable or cozy but did do the job). Overall, nice house - would recommend and will stay again if/when we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful time at this property. I The home was spacious for our group and the fenced backyard was great for the kids to play. Great home and location with all the conveniences nearby. The host was very responsive with many recommendations for our group.

The house was Wow! Nice! Very nice. My family loved it and so did I. It fit our plans perfectly! It was a fantastic stay and this place was a huge reason why. Great stay.

Very clean
The property was very clean. Check in was easy. We had no problems at all. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals. We also did laundry, which was super because we did not return with a lot of wash. Would rent again if we return to Omaha.

Thanksgiving Reunion
The house was perfect for our family get together. Having the spacious daylight basement as well as the first floor to spread out in worked well with 2 young children and 2 toddlers. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything we needed. There were some minor maintenance issues on cabinet doors that did not impact our stay. We would stay here again!
