The only good thing about this property was the pool and hot tub. The staff was rude, very slow and took personal calls on their cell phones when people were trying to check out, with a long line! Breakfast has good variety but was cold. One elevator works for a 7 floor hotel. Suprised with $150 security deposit. Room was dirty and half the stuff didn't work. Bed was ok But dirty sheets.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean except for one sticky spot by the trash. The tub didn’t seal for kids baths and the sink handle was hard to move. One of the two elevators broke down while we were there, but got repaired by the next day. The breakfast was fabulous and the area was clean and they were always refilling things! The coffee machine by the elevator seemed like a nice touch, but was brown water. The pool area smelled not great and the bottom of the pool was very sandy, however my kids loved it. When the water features are on, it’s incredibly loud and you can’t hold a conversation. The water features were super fun though! The pool ladies bathroom needed a lot of repairs to doors. Overall the staff were awesome and seemed to truly care about what they did and their guests. The place could use some upgrades, but met our needs and budget.

Didn’t care for the highway/freeway noise as we were on that side of the building. Couldn’t sleep. Very interrupted sleep because of it. Did have grandkids come to use the kiddie pool at ages 5, 3,1. We had a blast with them.
