Loved that the pool was kid friendly but the rooms definitely need some work. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the elevator was broken the second day we were there.

They have an awesome warm pool great for kids of all ages. And a great breakfast with lots of options. Secure entries, including the elevator. Felt very safe.

I liked the room minus the fact that there is black mold growing in the grout in the bathroom shower area. There is something wrong with the pool area ventilation because it was extremely humid in there. That sort of thing will absolutely destroy a hotel with mold. Management should fix it asap if they dont want further mold growth in the hotel. Overall it was a decent hotel otherwise.

The pool feature is what sold us on the lodging, since we were traveling with a 4 yr old. Unfortunately, the poor ventilation and drainage conditions for an internal pool were below average. Moss and mold were prominent on the large slide and surface conditions were hazardous. I watched at least a dozen people slip and fall in the several days we stayed there. One child sustained a cut on her leg after a fall.

Severely understaffed

The room was clean, bathtub unusable (shower was good), and hotel severely understaffed. Unable to get assistance because there was only one staff member. The pool was nice. Kids had fun. No roller bed. No service to provide extra blankets or towels.

The room was very clean and spacious. The mattresses were really comfortable. It was an enjoyable place to stay. The only negative was that for some reason the floor in the breakfast area was really sticky all over. Not sure what happened to cause that. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For the amount I paid it was not worth it. The photos on the site look way better than what it does in person. I had hair balls in my towels, found roaches, and some of the sheets and pillows had yellow stains on them.
