They put us in a room that was 90 degrees. They moved us to another room on the 9th floor. That room was 85 degrees. I am in a neck brace and had to sleep on sofa. We paid 400 for one night stay with taxes. I had to go to my car just to catch air. My husband breathing was impacted who had a heart attack a year ago because of the ac units not working. 8am went to breakfast and no omelets and only sausage. Stopped serving breakfast at 9am supposedly. When told them about all this for how my stay was all they said was thank you. I feel i shoukd be refunded as this is unacceptable!

I was pretty disappointed with my stay overall. The building itself was old and run down. The rooms and hallways had a very unpleasant smell. The bathroom in the lobby was so dirty, the toilets and sinks were old. The elevators were so dusty and dirty as well. The indoor pool area was not well kept, chairs and floors were not clean. The water was ice cold, the last day of our 5 days was when they finally turned on the pool heater. The restaurant in the hotel was awful, the food was not tasty or hot. We got cold flavorless mozzarella sticks, the nachos were weird made with sweet beans and cheese steak like meat. The booth was dusty and dirty. I understand why it was empty on a Friday afternoon. Breakfast was ok, it give the eggs, sausage, waffles and coffee a pass. The orange juice tasted old. The room itself was kinda clean, although there was no way to turn the fan off so it was loud and noisy the whole time. The curtains were also broken so the outdoor lights made it pretty hard to get a good nights sleep. Still the room was pretty old. I will say the cleaning ladies were kind and offered extra towels. That is literally the only nice thing I have to say about this place. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I didn’t feel like I was on vacation in this place.

It was a place to stay near enough to the Men’s CWS. That’s about the best I can say. The whole place is in a state of disrepair- bad smells, cracks in the walls, chips out of furniture, etc. The windows don’t have real blackout curtains, just some sort of weird combination of other curtains…which is a problem in Omaha when the sun is up from 5am-9pm. The staff were nice, but the property itself is nowhere near worth $300/night. Especially when it’s surrounded by several new construction hotels.

Then they want to charge 100.00 a person on a Friday night to go into their bar to have a drink for hotel guest, Ican see cover for those who ar not staying there there but guests should be able to shjow key. We will not stay thee again.

The bathroom needs to remodeled-shower sprayed water all over and tub needs resurfacing. It is difficult to adjust water temperature in shower. Carpet is filthy and tissues are no longer provided. I will hesitate to work through Expedia regarding future vacations.

Disgusting hotel

I booked this hotel primarily because it advertised a fitness center, which is important to me when traveling. Unfortunately, what was described as a fitness center turned out to be a serious disappointment: it consisted of three pieces of cardio equipment, some of which were broken, and a single piece of weight equipment that couldn’t be used due to missing clips and pins. Overall, my stay was extremely disappointing—especially for the rate of over $200 per night. In my 20+ years of travel, this was by far one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve had. The property is in poor condition and does not reflect the price point. At best, it should be priced around $40 per night. The hotel had a pervasive, unpleasant odor. The carpet was heavily stained, paint was peeling from the walls, and the curtains in my room had unidentified stains. The toilet backed up during my stay, and to make matters worse, I found hair in the bed that clearly did not belong to me. It made it difficult to rest comfortably, as I was genuinely concerned about the overall cleanliness and sanitation. The only positives were that the bed itself was very comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, these two factors were not enough to make up for the many issues I encountered. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property unless it undergoes significant maintenance and cleanliness improvements.
