Nice property in general, but our room lacked a thorough deep cleaning. There was also mold present on the heater, and the smell was so bad we couldn’t use it. The bar also was not open on a Saturday night.

Nice, clean hotel. Free parking nice. Very friendly, helpful staff. Small pool and no hot tub. The Bar/restaurant was just a long counter in the lobby that you order your drinks and food from a very limited menus on wall. It is only opened 6:30-9:30am for breakfast and 5-10pm for dinner and drinks, not open for lunch. Mixed opinions on food from people at our table. Burgers were very good. Flat breads not so good. Disappointing that the bar is only opened 5-10pm. Especially when you picked the a “hotel with a bar” and restaurant on purpose so you don’t have to go out. There are some places fairly close though. Price in comparison to other hotels decent.

They were above and beyond! I wish I knew the name of the female that checked me in on my first night. My son had made me 2 nights reservation when my husband was life flighted into Bergan Mercy. She gave me water and helped me find a store I could get what she didn't have.

I booked this room with the understanding that there was a bathtub for my wife to soak with some health issues and an anniversary staycation. NO BATHTUB. Since it was booked through 3rd party, we could not change rooms. Unforrunate mis-advertizing.

Terrific location walking distance to wonderful shops, dining and bars- very lively area yet the hotel is very quiet. Staff is amazing and they have a mini mart in the lobby available 24/7.
