This quaint, charming cottage built in 1900 is in the heart of Little Bohemia. Enjoy being minutes from all that Omaha has to offer while being able to relax in this timeless classic. You will be 2 blocks away from The Admiral Theater, 5 minutes from Old Market, Blackstone and the Henry Doorly Zoo. Also, easy access to the interstates to get wherever else you may need to go.

As for the house itself, it is a 3 bed, 2 bath that can easily accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen is directly off of the dining room and includes the basics from utensils, pots/pans to a toaster and coffee-maker. The dining room and living room are great spaces to gather and relax. The two full bathrooms are located on the main floor and stocked with towels, tissues and soap. As for the bedrooms, all 3 are located on the second story and guests will need to be able to climb a flight of stairs. This is an older house and the stairs are narrow and fairly steep. There is a picture included on the listing for reference. Again to note, there are no bathrooms upstairs. Guests will also have access to a washer and dryer located in the basement. Then at the back of the house there is an office space with a desk if you need a private space to get some work done. The property includes a great deck and patio area with a fire pit to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or to take in a gorgeous Nebraska sunset as well as a detached garage and an additional parking pad.

Suggestions
It was a lovely place to stay. But here are a few suggestions - I wish the description would have clarified that all bedrooms were upstairs and both bathrooms were on the main level. Also the back steps are crumbling and several of us slipped going down them. Thanks for letting us stay.
