Check in was super easy.
FRONT DESK standouts: Monique is a delight and very helpful, we enjoyed seeing her throughout our stay. Darah is very knowledgeable and also very helpful, super friendly and she came through when we had a little issue with our 3rd party booking. These two ladies really made our stay lovely!
ROOM: the room was nice but almost no water pressure in the shower (I didn’t mention this to anyone on staff, I was too busy having fun with the grand babies)
BREAKFAST: so good. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast set up. Yum.
HOUSEKEEPING: we were there from Tuesday - Saturday and didn’t see housekeeping once, so we did have to go to the front desk a couple of times and ask for towels. I’m not sure how housekeeping works, maybe that’s standard? The front desk wasn’t aware because I didn’t say anything, and they were so nice about giving us towels we didn’t bother saying anything.
Overall the stay was great - we will be back as long as there is staff like Darah and Monique there! Everyone was very nice!

One of the only places we could find that the pool was working. To top it off, it also had a hot tub! Has a very nice and large dining area and many options for the free breakfast. Our only complaint was the noisy heat unit in the room.

A 24-hour business center and meeting rooms are available. Free breakfast is served daily. Event space at this hotel measures 1711 square feet (159 square meters) and includes conference space. The family-friendly Hampton Inn Omaha West-Lakeside also features multilingual staff, coffee/tea in a common area, and a fireplace in the lobby. Free self parking is available. A complete renovation of Hampton Inn Omaha West-Lakeside was completed in August 2021. This Omaha hotel is smoke free.
