Hello! You booked the wrong room on site. They had no other accommodating rooms so I slept on the floor. Not ideal. Let’s talk about how we can fix this. Thanks!

Not a huge deal but it took 15 to 20 minutes for staff show up at the front desk . Annoying but not a deal breaker. What the deal breaker was is the rate that is charged for a hotel that is at best in 2 star condition. Time to update.

This hotel was in a convenient location, safe and clean. The free breakfast was very good and made mornings easy, and allowed us to get on with our activities quickly.
