Hotel was nice for what we needed it for. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard while the pillows were too soft and flat. Multiple people from the bridal party complained of the same instances.

Clean but unfriendly staff

Room, lobby and pool area were very clean. We did stop at the lobby bar for a drink before taking the kids swimming. The bar tender asked me if I was heading to the pool which we were so she poured my wine into a plastic glass. 10 minutes later the pool attendant told me I couldn’t have alcohol in the pool and threatened to kick me out. She was very rude. I explained that the bar tender offered me the glass for the pool. Very confusing. The right and left hands aren’t communicating. The evening front desk attendant wasn’t overly friendly and definitely put out I was purchasing some items from the little shopping area. However the morning front desk attendant was more than helpful and very friendly. Over all 8 out of 10

I liked the room set up. Lots of storage options and a very organized set up. Loved the shampoo/soap, body lotions being free from parabens. The only downfall for me was the mattress. It was very hard

Lovely Stay!

Amazing staff, very clean rooms, conference room was great to meet the team in. Breakfast was a little pricey and bar closed early, but overall, a great stay!
