Check in was easy. No problems there. The king mattress might as well have been plywood with a thick carpet on top. The fold out mattress was far superior to the king. Breakfast eggs were powdered as expected but the bagels lacked freshness and flavor. Now the fun. The hot tub was so chemically imbalanced that it ruined my wife’s swimsuit and fried my daughter’s hair. We were all left with extra dry and irritated skin that lotion hard a tough time keeping up. I lost half of my leg hair due to the irritation. The hotel was quiet and checkout was super easy though.

Good overall, just wish the AC unit in our room worked better and the mattress definitely needs to be updated. We woke up every morning with our backs super stiff from how thin and hard the mattress was.

Stayed for one night on a road trip. Convenient area, clean rooms, full size shampoo and soap in shower. A little dated but overall good and clean. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated that eyes were burning after about 20 min which always makes me wonder about cleanliness and upkeep. Didn’t use the hot tub as there wasn’t a thermometer or way to read the temperature and water didn’t quite feel hot enough. Breakfast was standard with pancakes, eggs, meat biscuits and gravy etc and all were good. Would stay again of passing through. Staff at check in was helpful and friendly too.

The hotel was nice overall but the beds were very firm and I'm just not used to that. The elevator went out for a bit Saturday night but it was thankfully working the next morning so my mother with a cane was able to get to the lobby level.

Staff was polite and professional. Property was well maintained. However, the pool was freezing so the approximately 20 people with children were having a hard time even getting into swim. A lot of complaints from the guest. The next morning, the shower was freezing in our room. When we went down to breakfast, several other people were complaining as well. Breakfast was average, but again the staff was exceptional. Not a great stay for several reasons. Maybe it just was a bad weekend and another time might’ve been just fine.
