This location was just overall worn/dirty/overlooked. The pool area had fake nails and plastic cups by the hot tub, the ice maker on the 4th floor is still broken (it was the last time we stayed there as well), the counters were dirty at breakfast, food was hard and over cooked, trashcan liners were not even placed in our trashcans, and the cable didn't work in our room. The gentleman the checked me in was very pleasant.

Excellent hotel, they let me store my bags for a couple hours early which I appreciate. Professional staff. Laundry works. Right next to some arena but it was empty throughout the week. Theres a few places to eat if you walk across parking lot and a gas station. It was quiet and clean

The staff was very courteous & friendly! Our room was great! It was very warm in our room. The only thing is that when the heater shut off it made a noise. The breakfast meal was delicious! When we booked this hotel stay through Expedia we weren’t able to cancel the day before reservation due to snow storm that came and we weren’t able to travel because of slick roads. Please be sure to read the cancellation notice before booking your stay.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was dated. The beds were not comfortable. The mattress was very hard. There weren’t any USB plugins but we had the cubes to plug in our phone chargers. The room was decently clean. I probably wouldn’t stay again unless they updated the rooms and changed out the beds.
