Very noisy all night long. We stayed on a Saturday night and it's downtown so I get it but at 1:30am while trying to sleep with two small kids and after having turned up our noise machine and the bumping music still overpowering it...needless to say, we did not get a very restful night sleep. The room and hotel and staff were all great but the noise was a bit much. There was also a lot of noise from the room above us (pounding feed running back and forth; maybe they also had kids). We couldn't tell if the really loud music at 1:30am was from inside the hotel or outside but it was suuuuuper disruptive to our evening. Shame because I really liked the hotel until then and was thinking "this is our Omaha hotel whenever we visit now!" but I'll have to reconsider now.

The staff was wonderful, the hotel has great communication, and it was very clean. We weee there for a friends wedding and we were impressed by the staff, and they were very accommodating.

Very loud in water area. Water in the little kids area was cold. Workers were very blunt with there no answers. With the amount that we paid parking and breakfast should’ve been included. We wanted two kings but we had two adults and 4 little kids and a baby. They would not let us get one room so we veer forced to get 2. We only used one room for one night as we got fed up and left and went to stay at the Embassy Suites.

In general, this was a decent place to stay for the kids but I wouldn’t expect perfection. We have two young kids who loved the pool/waterpark. I was able to sit in the hot tub and keep an eye on both of them. The room was clean and an okay place to sleep and take a shower. No free breakfast but Burger Theory has good food for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly. The two things that my husband and I found the most unusual: no hooks anywhere in the bathrooms (which was annoying for towels and wet swim suits) and 2 elevators for 4 floors of rooms but no option to use the stairs (the stairs are for emergency exit only). Also, the hallway carpet smells kinda musty and you can hear pretty much everything so it’s not exactly peaceful. As stated above, it’s a decent place for a quick weekend getaway with the kids but don’t expect perfection.

The staff was exceptional. No complaints about that. They were very friendly and helpful. The issue I had was that the phones in the room were not working and there wasn’t a hair dryer. I couldn’t call the front desk. The hotel was pretty expensive to have items that were not working. I would stay there again but things need to be replaced and repaired before booking out those rooms.

My friend forgot her phone inside when she stepped outside to grab a door dash order and the front doors of the hotel were locked. This occurred at night time, she knocked on the doors and none of the staff came to check on her. The only reason she got in was because a woman staying at the hotel was coming back from a bar and also trying to get in. Luckily, she had her phone and was able to call the number posted on the front door so the staff could let them in. I’m not sure what would have happened if that woman never showed up. Sometimes people forget their phones, so it might be a good idea to consider other options for safety besides locking all entrances to the hotel. Maybe add key card access or a security guard at the front so the doors can remain unlocked whilst monitored. Otherwise, a nice hotel with large rooms and good amenities.

I don’t know if there is something about IHG properties but this is the second one I’ve stayed at where it has not been a pleasant experience. There was mold/water marks all over the bathroom (among other stains on the walls) as well as mold everywhere on the AC unit which was falling apart. There was a burnt/cigarette smell in the hallways/room. The door to the room was jammed which took us 5+ times to open. The worst part was the parking. I paid $15 for the night and didn’t even get to park on the property (which was a small lot that didn’t accommodate all the guests). We had to park at the back of an adjacent hotel lot which was misleading and didn’t feel safe when walking the far distance at night when coming back from an event. I tried to ask them to take off the parking and they said that it’s third party and don’t do refunds. It should’ve been an indicator when I walked in at check-in and multiple people were complaining about things needing maintenance in their rooms but wanted to give it a fair chance and was severely disappointed. Wouldn’t stay here unless the only factor you care about is the physical location.

The location was ideal for what we needed. Being a cashless facility is not ideal sometimes it is easier to pay cash then having to worry about using a shared bank card really wanted to try the restaurant Burger Theory. Maybe invest in one of the machines that converts cashs to cards like the CHI Health Center has. Another issue was having to pay to park the parking lot is small if you left at a busy time then there could be a issue of not finding a spot to park when arriving back while paying to park my card was charged for 3 night only stayed two nights and the hotel couldn't do anything about it have to contact the company that they use. Also booked a room with the stadium view and was given a room with no view of it. Overall it was a good stay.

Very impressed with this hotel, will definitely be back!! Stall was so nice, everything was open and CLEAN! I also love that you have to use your keycard to access the elevator, made me feel safer traveling with my kids without my husband!
