I asked for a crib for my reservation. We got there and there wasn’t one in our room. So I asked the front desk for one. 30 minutes later still no crib. So my husband went down to ask about it. She said she had to send maintenance across the street to get one. They never brought a crib and never even bother notifying us they wouldn’t have one. The room also smelly horribly of smoke.

The staff was fine. The room was a different story. The table wasn’t cleaned. The shower leaked. We had to use our towels to stop the leak from coming into the bathroom. The sheets were torn. Tv remote batteries were dead.

It’s a good deal for a place to stay in the area. Had a few weird issues: the turner in the microwave didn’t spin, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, the full body mirror was smaller than the frame. Just odd stuff that you wouldn’t expect from a hotel.

One of the better places to stay in Omaha, and Ive been to many hotels there. Home-like kitchen, great hot water, comp breakfast with good selection, clean and taken care of, and good pool. All around solid
