Front desk staff was not very friendly or accomodating. Borderline rude. Both valet attendants were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. We actually changed a reservation to hotel indigo because in the spring we found the hotel excellent. This was a disappointment We will try another hotel for our next stay.

I won’t go back

To park in the only lot available was an additional $30/night. We also had to get snacks late one night because everything was closed. There are no price signs but beware that everything is $6+. Including things like a bag of chips and bottle of water. So this ended up costing the same as a nicer hotel. Was not a fan of the location either. It looks like the photos. The bar looked nice, but we didn’t get drinks. The people working there were rude, which I’ve seen others say as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Indigo! When we first arrived to check in, we were given a glass of champagne! Our room was very spacious and had an amazing cool vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was big and modern. The room and entire property was spotless! The people working at the hotel were all so friendly and helpful. They also have a speakeasy there which we enjoyed. They also offer a free shuttle to anywhere within a three mile radius, which is so great. I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Indigo, we just loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.
