The air conditioning in our room just didn’t seem to want to work. We had the fan as high as it would go and the temp turned as low as it would go, but it never really got comfortable or cool in our room. We did let them know at the desk so it could get fixed, but all the rooms were booked so they couldn’t move us to another room, which was fine.

Checked in a little early- glad they could accommodate that. Property itself needs some cleaning up and repair work I know it's an older building; it could really use some updating and repairs. Walls were thin; I could hear people on the other side of our bed's wall, moving around and doing things in their room. Noisy. Random people milling about the halls and the parking lot, being noisy. Bed was really uncomfortable, pillows were.... square? Weird. Teeny tiny bathroom and a bathtub that was sticky on the bottom in a funky way, not just the nonslip things. The carpet was stained and smelled funny. the AC unit was ridiculously loud; came on every three minutes, ran for four, and shut off. Just as we started to drift off, it came on again. Ultimately, we did not stay; left at 1130pm and drove three hours home instead of trying to sleep with all the noise and discomfort.

The carpet was damp, the room smelled musty, the mattresses sagged to the middle. The breakfast was good. The staff smoked in the entryway.

I've had better

Hotel was dated and had an overall poor appearance, poor condition and smelled. Staff were grumpy. I understand they were short-staffed that day, but that doesn't warrant the attitude with guests.

We had to ask for towels when we first got there. No batteries in smoke alarm. They tried to charge us more than what I booked it for. I was going to pay cash, and told them many times, and they charged the card. They were awful to work with to get it solved.

1st time in Omaha

Location: Two gas stations are nearby. Makes it convenient to fill up the rental car before returning it to the airport. A grocery store is also nearby,
The staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first time visiting omaha and the staff provided me with useful bits of information on where go to see the sights and to pick up various sundries. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
