This is a solid 2 star. The room was clean. The tv small. The bed comfortable but only 3 pillows on a king for 2 of us. The hallway smelled. The exterior of motel was dirty and made the whole motel look worse than it was. Several missing lightbulbs in lamps. Breakfast options extremely limited. Coffee was only warm at 8 am.

Bedding on sofa bed was dirty… old food and trash underneath it. Gnats around. Found leftover food in cabinet. No battery in fire detector. Only one of 8 bulbs in ceiling fans worked. No breakfast bar… just grab and go. I asked for a refund which they said they would grant but all area hotels were booked. Never again!!!

We checked in on 3/21/25 at 3:00pm, when we got settled in to our room we were having trouble with the toilet. So on the morning of 3/22/25 at about 9:00am I went and told the front desk that the toilet was not working,he said that the maintenance man would be in around 10:00am so I went and picked up some breakfast and came back. When I entered the hotel I asked the cleaning lady if the maintenance man had come in, she asked me what room I was in I told her rm 144 that the toilet was not working, she said it was broken and they shouldn’t have rented it. So at 10:00 am when the manager arrived I told her about the toilet and I also showed her some pictures I took of some stains on the bedding, I asked her if she would stay in a room like that!! She said she would move us to a different room right away, we didn’t get moved till 2:00pm then when we got into the new room my wife was going to take a shower and there was no shower curtain, so again I went to the front desk and told the manager she said they would get one right away so we waited 4:00pm still no shower curtain, so I told my wife let’s go ahead and take our showers, and on top of that there was no hot water. When I checked out this morning 3/23/25 I asked the man at the front desk if they would give a little compensation for such a wonderful stay only thing he told me was to talk to the manager. We were without power since 3/19/25 hoping to get a little relief,this is what we got

For a cheap stay, there are many things I expected to look past but during my stay, too many things were wrong. No outlets worked except the extras on the lamp. One outlet was exposed with no cover. Double beds, one duvet cover had coffee/blood colored stain that was very faded but visable. Other bed had pillow case like someone slept with a full face of makeup and it wasnt washed. Breakfast is a brown bag to go (muffin, granola bar, belevita and cutie) - not as advertised. The sink faucet also comes apart when you turn it on. It pops right back into place - no worries. Even for a cheap stay, you can do better!

The front desk staff was very accommodating and nice. The advertised breakfast consisted of a small orange, a granola bar, and Beaneva flavored biscuits. The advertised laundry at location was non existent, formerly removed. hall way custodial maintenance was exceptional. Post note, I would like to introduce an idea for review. An extended stay rate for guest of one week or more . Would be a great convenience for a lot of guests. especially those that are displaced due to life circumstances.

Lots of night activity in hallway.

We were happy that there was not a ton of traffic noise. However during the night there were lots of people knocking on doors and coming and going. One person knocked on our door at 4:45 am. I yelled out what. The person knocked on the next door. Husband heard that knock and asked what person wanted. Couldn't understand person when he answered. Husband said he couldn't understand person. The person left.
