Beautiful hotel with AMAZING beds. Walk to so many great restaurants, like V.Mertz! Staff were friendly, the place was clean the beds were great. Doors.. no way to close them w/out making noise. A design flaw IMO. Hated the "Stash". So loud when people are going into it. Overall, really nice place.

Hotel was clean, however, Size of room was like my closet at home. Waste management comes around at 4a.m. (dumpster outside my window) i though we were under attack! I was able to hear conversations in the lounge area from my room on the 2nd floor. Lounge is open until 1a.m. No shuttle service to or from the airport. Had to call a cab for myself to & from. You get the general idea of the poor rating...

Location was good. You could walk almost everywhere in the market area. We had trouble controlling the air vent and it was freezing unless we turned temperature up to over 70. Air vent blew right on the bed and the air was cold.

Great hotel stay that was comfortable, modern & clean. 4 stars for customer service because I felt the gentleman at the front desk, who initially said reach out for anything you need, and when later asking for an extra pillow, I got a shoulder shrug when extras weren’t available ☹️

Room small (as expected) but communal area was nice and large—a nice spot to enjoy the complementary coffee and free drink token. Parking garage across the street was only $21 for overnight. Area was noisy (could hear a lot on 4th floor) but not terrible.
