If your a single person don’t stay here, they trapped a lady in her room and couldn’t open it from inside or outside. Super sketchy and dangerous would never stay there again. This place needs turned in for possibly trafficking.

Easy check in but difficult check out as person on duty had no access to computer system. Told at check in that some rooms are 5 star and some rooms are 1 star. I'm guessing our room was somewhere in the middle.

Looks like a crackhouse

Horrible filthy hotel, can’t understand the staff, filthy elevator, filthy breakfast area. Dirty sheets, no way to turn on or control the tv, pool wasn’t open. I have been to cleaner crackhouses

Old and Dirty - not worth it!

Hotel is old and outdated. There wasn't anyone behind the lobby desk when I arrived. He came in shortly from outside after I waited a few minutes. The carpet in the lobby elevator was old and stained. The room wasn't that clean. The carpet was stained and dirty. There was an odd smelly odor in the room. The bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, soaps/shampoo were super small. The bath towels thin and not much bigger than a hand towel. It didn't look like the the sheets were clean (very wrinkled). Didn't want to walk on the carpet barefoot because it was so dirty and stained. Will never stay here again!

We needed more towels and didn’t get any. Pool was closed and that was one of the main reasons I booked. Breakfast was not good. I would not ever stay here again!!!

The $100 refundable deposit needs to be more prominent. Some rooms family stayed in had towel bars that were hanging by one end and some had leaking ceilings with mold.

Think of it. This room had the problem.

Room was dirty and used. Someone had showered and shaved in the shower. Found an insect in the bed. There were some stains on the sheets.

My room..bathroom light didnt work, someone tried to get into the room from the ajoining room. When I called front desk for assistance they said if the door is locked I will be ok. Breakfast items were re served day after day. Bread was so stale you didnt even need to toast it. No yogurt or oatmeal,cereal was also stale. The pool never opened, Closed for maintenance .for our entire 7 day stay. The only bright light was the lovely housekeeper. She should be paid more. Internet is a joke
