I was double charged for my hotel stay. I paid in advance through Travelocity and they charged me again for my stay upon check in along with the incidental fee. I advised them of the mistake which they stated they fixed. As of today the charges are still pending and my bank is not able to release until they show cancellation. As of today no one has reached out to me. This occurred 3/18

excellent accommodations!

Pros: Breakfast, rooms, staff were pleasant no accomodating.
Location: Zoo was beautiful and worth the trip
We had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast good food and good variety of food. Rooms were spacious and comfy. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel in nice area

Pros: How the room was setup with the kitchen as you walk in
Cons: Hot tub in the swimming area
Location: Regular and outlook Mall close by plus
Excellent hotel near the new shopping mall on Dodge. Suite room with the fully stocked (dishes/pans, glasses and silverware) kitchen is the way to go! Outdoor basketball court is unique and was well used by us in the evening, even in the winter. Pool was convenient to our room and was very clean and not crowded. Excellent breakfast both days with lots of choices. I would recommend this hotel to someone staying in this part of Omaha.
