Pros: attractive and clean facility Cons: No mattress pads on the beds, which honestly freaks me out. We requested some and were told they didn’t have any. Booked a room for 6 and they didn’t have linens for the pullout in the room, nor did they have towels for 6. Pool was out of order, but it wasn’t mentioned at check-in, so we’d already gotten into suits before we found out. Chose this hotel for the kids to swim after a 9 hour drive, so I’m tired and disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed before hauling up the luggage and telling the kids to get in their swimsuits. We would’ve chosen a different hotel.

Great staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice pet area but it was so noisy. There is NO soundproofing in this hotel. We could hear everything above, below and outside our room, even the 5 am garbage pickup. We hardly got any sleep.

This is a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. The one thing I'd change is you can't turn on the bathroom vanity light without it also shining on the bed. I.e., there is no door for that area, just for the toilet and shower room.

The room was great, breakfast was okay, but the pool was freezing cold. Unfortunately we selected this location in order to meet with family and go swimming, however, we couldn’t physically stay in the pool it was that cold! It was a major letdown!
