We ended up canceling our stay there. The hotel is rundown, dirty and unsafe. We looked at 4 different rooms and each one was a mess. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there was no security lock on the door, there was no tissue, the drapes were falling down, there was a bug on the wall, there.is no elevator, there was no.smoke alarm etc., etc. We left amd went.to.another hotel that was clean and safe.

A young girl who works the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. She took a simple solution and turned it into a massive ordeal that was uncalled for causing nightmares for me. Never staying here again nor advise anyone else to. Also, the hallways smell of repulsive odors from cooking from the staff who live there on property.

This entire hotel smells like moth balls and burnt rubber. The ac did not work well at all and it was extremely uncomfortable the first half of the night. The oarking lot was in disrepair, there was trash all over it, and it looked very sketchy. Upon entering the room, we realized the door was broken, the bed had been laid on after it was made, the shower was dirty, there was only 1 towel, the refrigerator did not work well, and the bed was very hard. All night there were men in the hallway that appeared to be employees making noise while drinking. The entrance was not secure. I couldnt tell you about breakfast because there was absolutely no way i was eating anything that came from there. Very disappointing.

After staying in 5 Super 8 motels on our journey of National parks, the last two but particularly this last one was sub par to what we experienced in the first 3. The Omaha Super 8 was not well kept. Our room did not feel clean or look like it has been maintained properly. No breakfast or coffee in the morning. Very disappointing experience. Not to mention that you could loose your car in the potholes in thev parking lot.
