property was close to wedding activities, 3 couples stayed together which was perfect in this house. Having an updated home was the main attraction, and we were not disappointed.

This property was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the home. Updated with charm. I would highly recommend and if we stay in Omaha again, we will be staying at this property. Great location.

The host was GREAT! He responded efficiently, his place is within 10 minutes to alot of things like event places, outings, the grocery store, and more! Great place to stay especially if hosting an event. The checkout process was super easy. I'd recommend to all. I will stay here again.

The owner was very nice and easy to talk to. Anything we needed he was awesome at getting it for us. The place was not set up for 14 people to stay there. We had 10 people and not everyone was able to sit to eat. This was a downfall.

Brothers wedding weekend

Hello! We really enjoyed this rental! It suited our needs well besides loosing power due to the thunderstorm. It made it more interesting and memorable! Most other places I have stayed had a book of house rules and information such as cleaning task, where to put garbage ext. As well as an email prior to stay about how to get into the property. I had to message to get this info. Also in your listing I think it might be wise to say there are basement tenants. Other than that we loved our stay!

Nice place

we did not know their were people in the lower level. for the most part they were quiet, but we had base booming from video gaming, tv or radio. it did stop at 10 pm. the garage was an added bonus. the kitchen and both bathrooms were nicely updated. the house is centrally located. the weather was great but we couldn’t open the patio doors because the screen was torn. there were no checkin or checkout instructions.

No code, No response, No stay

I received an email on Tuesday saying “here’s your keys” when I opened the email the night of our stay there wasn’t a code to get into the house. No response from the host. 8 of us had to find a new place to stay at 11:00 at night. Never have heard from the host. VRBO is going to take care of us and refund our money and pay for our hotel

No air conditioning first day

We had no air conditioning the first night until midnight. This was after we complained. The man who fixed it was there cleaning for 90 min and changed the filter. The prices were very high due to the college World Series being in town. We asked for compensation and were told to go to a hotel. We will not stay at this property again.
