Thanks to its central yet quiet location, you can conveniently reach the town centre, restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities on foot. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – perfect for starting the day with a coffee in the sun or letting the evening wind down in a relaxed manner.



The approximately 35 m² large apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to three people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and baby bed, a bright living and dining area with kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, window, and its own washing machine.



The living space is air-conditioned and features a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), a dining table for three people, a television with satellite connection, and a kitchenette with everything you need for self-catering: electric stove with two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, as well as cookware, cutlery, and utensils.



The private, south-facing balcony with sea view is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol, and invites you to relax outdoors. WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome (for an additional charge), and a baby cot can be provided upon request. A parking space is available directly at the house, with additional public parking options nearby.



The house also offers a garden area with shady spots and a barbecue facility that can be used by arrangement.
