The ground floor of Villa Tela offers a private, heated 33sqm swimming pool with an attached 5sqm whirlpool (same temperature as the pool water) for 6 persons, 8 lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen with an indoor and outdoor covered dining area, a traditional barbecue, and a playground for children. Inside the property is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining and living area with open views of the landscape, a sauna with a shower, and a toilet. Also, at your disposal are two training machines, darts, table tennis, and a PS4.
The first floor offers modern and comfortable 4 en-suite bedrooms and a laundry. Bedroom No.1 with two single beds (90x200) which can be connected and one extra sofa bed for one person, A/C, bathroom with shower, double sink, balcony. Bedroom No.2 with double bed (180x200), A/C, bathroom with shower, balcony. Bedroom No.3 with double bed (180x200), A/C, bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.4 with a double bed (180x200) and a sofa bed for one person, A/C, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, balcony with pool view.
On the lower ground floor is a garage with 2 parking places, and in front of it is a private parking place for 2 more cars. The whole property has video surveillance.
