The stone villa Lucky Dream is suitable for 8 people, set in a small, village of Gata, surrounded by beautiful nature. Gata village is located below the Mosor mountain, and only 7km away from the sea. The Dalmatian stone houses, the streets and the rich history of the village and its surroundings will ensure our guests a complete escape from stressful and busy everyday life. Two shops are in the village, the nearest shop is only 400m away, bar 1km , bus station 400m. Long roads and paths through the nature are perfect for walks and cycling and the mountain of Mosor will take care of the perfect mountaineering adventure. Beautiful sandy and stone pebbles beaches are only 7km away. The best choice for a night out would be the town OmiĆĄ with a rich offer of restaurants and bars, summer amenities such as Pirates nights, various festivals and events ..
Villa is offering:
Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area suitable for 8 people, located on the ground floor, connected with a beautiful living room with spacious sofa, TV, PS4 and air conditioner.
Master bedroom is on the ground floor and has exit to the pool area. It has 160x200 bed, TV, bathroom with shower and air conditioner.
On the first floor of the villa we have 2 bedrooms, family bathroom and huge balcony:
Bedroom No.2 with 160x200 bed, baby cot, air conditioner.
Bedroom No.3 with 90x200/x2 , sofa, air conditioner.
Modern, family bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Next to the pool area you will find a spa room with bathroom (shower), sauna, elliptical trainer and professional massage service on your request.
The outside area offers a spacious pool with 8 sun loungers, traditional BBQ and covered dining area suitable for 8 people. Kid's playground is located on a beautiful green area by the pool with swings and slides and next to the BBQ is an entertainment area with Foosball and darts.
2 parking spot are provided on the property, fenced and secured.

juste exceptionnel.

que dire..... accueil exceptionnel, pleins d'attentions (repas à l'arrivée, fruits légumes du jardin déposés durant le séjour) Villa d'une qualité irréprochable, un peu en retrait du brouhaha de la foule. à 10 minutes de toutes les commodités (plages, courses, boulangerie etc). Un restaurant traditionnel à 200 métres. Villa située idéalement permettant de visiter Split, Dubrovenik, le parc naturel du Krka, Rafting, sortie en mer (ne pas rater la grotte bleue) . Bref probablement notre plus belle rencontre depuis des années de fréquentation Abritel.

Beautiful Villa! As advertised, in a small village on the mountain side above the town of OmiĆĄ. Accommodations were great, pool was refreshing and everything needed to cook from the house. Jenny was very friendly and a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic villa, superb hosts and brilliant location

Our first visit and won’t be our last. We have rented many villas and by far this had the best host in Jenny, booked restaurants and excursions for us and even cooked us dinner one night. Amazingly clean villa and Omis is a beautiful little town with every amenity you need. The villa has a restaurant directly behind or two great ones at the bottom of the hill (1 min drive, 5 min walk). Shop very close 6 min drive, 10 min walk) and Omis town is 15 min drive (around €30 in a cab), you will not be disappointed

Lovely stay in beautiful location

We had a great holiday in GĂąta. Communication with Jenny was excellent & she left a lovely welcoming supply of food (milk, bread, ham & cheese plus homemade wine). The house & pool are very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom is entered from outside of the house. The local restaurants are great.

Bliss in Omis

Fab from start to finish. Jenny was always available (even when out of the country). Booked restaurants and trips and checking to see how they went . The restaurant behind the villa is great for steak and do the trip to Brac on the boat with lunch and swimming in the sea, ( might even be lucky enough to sight dolphins like us 😀). All in all fabulous and you can even talk a walk in the evening up a country road with a couple of Donkeys!!!

Schöne Villa mit super Gastgebern

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Jenny. Die Villa entspricht komplett der Beschreibung, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lÀdt zu einem schönen Urlaub ein. Absolut toll fanden wir die Gastfreundschaft von Jenny und ihrer Familie, sie waren immer da, wenn man sie braucht und haben mit vielen Tipps geholfen uns einen schönen Urlaub zu bereiten. Wir können die Villa uneingeschrÀnkt weiterempfehlen. Fragt unbedingt nach der Weinprobe bei Milan, unvergesslich!

A little slice of paradise

Amazing property with fabulous views and had everything you want from a holiday villa and more. Modern comfortable interior with all modern appliances and decor. Beautiful outdoor garden with the addition of a fully equipped outdoor cooking area and Pool and Sauna. Wonderful and generous hosts we could not ask for anything more. On arrival there was a fantastic welcome pack which included ham and cheese - bread -water - juice -beer - wine and a couple of home made liqueurs. In addition Jenny supplied us with vegetables from her garden and a plate of her home cooked speciality Soparnik which was delicious. Location was a lovely little village with a great local Restaurant round the corner and a small supermarket close by. We didn't need to go anywhere but you could easily drive down to to Omis - 10 mins away - where there was lots of options and beaches. Our hosts offered to arrange boat trips and other activities if we required them. Thank you Jenny and Luis for our fantastic stay

Best place in Dalmatia

The property was beautiful, clean, and incredibly peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook with ease. The view from the house is beautiful. Our host met us at the property and showed us how everything worked. She left us meats, cheeses, bread, wine, olive oil, and brandy, which we were so grateful for after a long drive from Zagreb. When one of our kids got sick and we needed new bedding, Jenny provided it to us immediately. When we had questions, she was more than happy to answer them and have conversations with us. The drive from the house to Omis is beautiful and the town of Omis is very pretty with lots of little restaurants. Old Town Split was about a 30 minute drive for us. We also did a day trip to Dubrovnik from here, and it was totally doable, even with two small children. We would love to stay at this house again.

Omis/Gata eine der schönsten Regionen Kroatiens

Sehr schöne saubere Villa an der nichts fehlt. Wunderschöne Anlage mit Pool und AußenkĂŒche mit Grill. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die moderne KĂŒche bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben die 14 Tage nichts vermisst. Die Gastgeber Jenny und Luis sind sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir wurden am Ankunftsabend mit leckeren SpezialitĂ€ten ĂŒberrascht. Die Villa ist uneingeschrĂ€nkt fĂŒr alle Altersgruppen zu Empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist dörflich und ruhig. Aber hervorragend an Omis und Split angebunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Gata, eine Reise wert

Nachdem unser Urlaub 2020 in Kroatien buchstĂ€blich leider ins Wasser fiel, haben wir einen umso schöneren Urlaub 2021 in diesem wunderschönen Haus von Jenny und Luis erleben dĂŒrfen. Schon der Empfang mit kroatischen SpezialitĂ€ten, wie Schinken, KĂ€se und GetrĂ€nken, war einzigartig. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses, die Ausstattung, der Pool, die AußenkĂŒche mit Grill sind bemerkenswert. Der Ort Gate ist beschaulich und ruhig, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine GastsĂ€tte in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Es war alles vom feinsten und 5 * sind eigentlich noch zu wenig. Liebe Jenny, lieber Luis, es waren erlebnisreiche und vor allem erholsame Tage, wir haben uns in eurer Villa "Lucky Dream" rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Wolfgang, Barbara, Sonja, Olaf und Susanne

Excellent holiday

We were met by Jenny at the property, she was very helpful and informative, she also left beer, fruit and bread plus homemade wine , fruit brandy (delicious and strong) also a plater of cheese ham olives, after a long trip it was very appreciated. The villa is outstanding, the WiFi is excellent for those of you who like to keep up with the live football. We had a bbq one night and the next morning it was all cleaned up as Jenny calls early in the morning to tend to the pool and grounds.Altogether a great villa a great host , location and holiday, WE WILL BE BACK.

5 Sterne Premium Villa mit super Gastgebern

Es ist eine hervorragende Villa mit einer klasse Ausstattung und es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es hat eine super KĂŒchenausstattung mit modernen GerĂ€ten, Fernseher in allen Zimmern und sogar eine PS4 mit Spielen stand zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Betten sind gut und es gibt genug Platz. Eine super Saune, Stepper und Waschmaschine stehen zur VerfĂŒgung. Ein hervorragender Grill mit AußenkĂŒche und kleinem KĂŒhlschrank fĂŒr die GetrĂ€nke. Der Pool ist sauber und groß mit guten Liegen. Zwei ParkplĂ€tze auf dem GrundstĂŒck mit elektrisch verschließbarem Tor. Die Lage ist TOP und liegt in einer sehr schönen Berglandschaft. Der Ort Gata ist sehr ruhig und weg vom Tourismus. Wenn ihr in Ruhe die Orte und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten besuchen wollt, nimmt euch einen kleinen Leihwagen denn die Straßen sind eng in der Landschaft. Das Highlight sind die Gastgeber und machen einem den Urlaub einzigartig. Der Empfang von Jenny der Besitzerin war Einzigartig. Es standen bereits kalte GetrĂ€nke kostenlos zur VerfĂŒgung, Frisches Obst und hausgemachte sehr leckere Snacks. Dazu den besten selbstgemachten Rotwein, Brandy und Cherry zum probieren. Der Gastgeber Luis ist hier wirklich ein Spezialist. Das beste ist auch das man alles was man probieren kann auch direkt bei Jenny bestellen kann. Somit gab es fast tĂ€glich auf unseren Wunsch frische Lieferungen. :) Wir haben bei Jenny vieles bestellt und die Preise sind fĂŒr diese sehr gute QualitĂ€t gut. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall probiert alles aus.. Zwischendurch gab es immer mal frische Leckereien. Unsere wĂŒnsche wurden mehr als ErfĂŒllt mit verschiedenen Überraschungen. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Urlaub und haben bereits viele LĂ€nder und Gasgeber gesehen aber das war die Krönung. Wer frische Leckereien liebt der wird hier GlĂŒcklich. Wir sind mit viel ÜbergepĂ€ck abgereist da wir noch den besten Salbei Honig, Wein, Schinken, Brandy, Olivenöl bestellt haben fĂŒr zu Hause. Unsere PrivatsphĂ€re wurde nie gestört und die EigentĂŒmer gehen damit sehr professionell um. Liebe Jenny und Luis vielen dank fĂŒr die schönen und erholsamen Momente und diesen wunderbaren Urlaub.
