Ground floor offers a huge living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and dining area, glass door toward the pool area. Bedroom No1 with king size bed, en suite bathroom, A/C, pool view. Toilet.
Lower ground floor offers sauna room and a fitness room with TV, A/C and a shower.
First floor offers Bedroom No2 with king size bed, en suite bathroom, balcony, A/C. Bedroom No3 with two single beds + sofa bed for 1 person, en suite bathroom, A/C, balcony. Bedroom No4 with king size bed, A/C, en suite bathroom, balcony. Game room with PS5, sofa (can open in bed), TV and A/C.
Outdoor offers heated 32sqm pool with massage, sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, outdoor dining area with BBQ. Enjoy the outdoor surrounded with aromatic Mediterranean plants. There is also a garage for one car, a table tennis and darts (can be used outside). Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
