A perfect family-friendly retreat, this charming property features two beautiful stone villas—each with two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy a private 40 m² pool, table tennis, dedicated BBQ areas with outdoor dining, and several shaded spots ideal for relaxing and taking in the sea views. All of this is just a short walk from the beach, supermarkets, and local restaurants.
Important: The property consists of three separate houses. Two are reserved exclusively for guests, while the third will be used by the owner couple and their friendly dog. Guests have full privacy, exclusive use of the pool, and access to a spacious shared parking area. Maintenance will be carried out discreetly to ensure a comfortable and undisturbed stay.
In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. There is availability for four children on sofa beds if necessary.
Omiš, a charming port and fishing village, is well worth a visit. With no large hotels, it offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere for travelers seeking relaxation. Settle into a cozy café, sip on a glass of Mali Plavac, and let the locals share tales of the legendary Omiš pirates.Just up the road lies Split, one of Dalmatia’s vibrant cities and a must-visit destination.
