Our location is unique. Villa Nike is in the mountain with amazing view on the Adriatic sea and island of Brac and canyon of river Cetina. Location is in a very natural environment, only few weekend cottages in forest surrounded isolated from any noise, only you can hear sound of nature birds, crickets and the air is so pure and you can feel the smell of lavender, rosemary and rose in the beautiful garden of Villa Nike.

The house is situated 6 km (just 10 min of driving) from the town of Omiš.
Omiš is a small coastal town with beautiful beaches, sand beach from a kilometre long in the town`s centre, pebble beach with the naturale shade.The city centre is full of life and excellent restaurants, bars, markets.There are many cultural and historical sights to see.

Those who looking for a more active holiday in the area of a just a few kilometres you will find rafting, free climbing, zipline, canoeing,bicycling boat tours on the river Cetina.

The city of Split is only 19 kilometres away from Villa Nike and is a very popular destination to the thousands of tourists from all over the world because of its numerous historical sights and attractions.
Only 35 kilometres from the house there is an airport , waterfalls of River Krka s a 150 km away ,town Dubrovnik some 200 km down the coast national park Plitvice lakes is 250 km.

Villa Nike is completely built in june 2018 according to european standards.The house uses energy from renewable sources. The water is heated with solar energy and the garden is supplied with rainwater from the tank.

On the ground floor there is an open space with kitchen with the bar and the dining table and a living room with a comfortable seating area, smart TV with satellite program and free wireless internet. The house is completely air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
On the ground floor is small separate toilet .

A staircase takes you to first floor with two bedrooms, both bedroom have en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with two single bed and another bedroom have one double bed with television available. The both rooms have exit to the covered balcony where you can sit and enjoy in a see view.

Through the living room comes out to a terrace with a pool 7.20m x 3 m and 1.5 meters deep just for you and a covered seating area and there is a sunbathing area with comfortable sun loungers.

In the back of the house there is an outdoor grill with a sitting area in the natural shade in the surroundings of many kinds fruit trees and flowers and is also available to you to use the garden with ecologically grown vegetables.

There are 2 parking places at private property in front of villa.

Minimum stay in the period of 1st. June till 30th september is one week (7 days) so there is a possibility to rent only one,two or more weeks.

Departure is on saturday till 10 AM and arrival on saturday from 4 PM

Villa Nike is a cozy house with swimming pool,amazing view and green surroundings to make your stay more comfortable and relaxing.
During your stay we are at your disposal for questions. Also the house is secured as well as the guests so that you feel safer. We will be glad to be our guests at the Villa Nike, looking forward to meeting you.

Just great !

We have just had a great two week holiday !Kristina and Zeljko are two absolutely exceptional hosts who welcomed us in the warmest possible way, providing us with a bunch of delicacies on our arrival and bringing us presents on the day of our departure. The villa, which is situated in a haven of peace, between the sea and the mountains, is so clean, very well equipped and decorated with great taste and care. Nothing is missing, everything has been carefully thought out. We can only recommend it. Thanks again to Kristina and Zeljko for their kindness.

Probably the Carlsberg of Villas, the best I've stayed in .

I have stayed in many different villas all over the world, i would say Vila Nike is probably one of the best i have stayed in . The location is superb, very peaceful and away from the crowds that can make Croatia somewhat claustrophobic. The villa itself has every amenity that you need and some that you didn’t even think you needed, the kitchen is modern and stylish with every convenience you could possibly want. The pictures don’t do the villa justice, it really is very special and the hosts were absolutely superb. My wife and i arrived quite late in the evening at the villa…around 10:30 pm and the hosts were there to meet us and show us around the villa and answer any questions we had. Kristina and Zelijko (the hosts) knew we were arriving late and they kindly left us some quality food and drinks so we could relax, its their attention to details like this that made the villa such a special place. I would have no hesitation in returning to villa Nike and couldn’t recommend it enough if you were thinking of booking the villa.

Everything perfect!

Certainly one of the best houses we ever rented! What elese can we say but everything was perfect. Villa Nike was exactly what we were looking for for spending two weeks in Dalmatia. The house is equipped with everything one needs for a stressless vacation: it is super clean, has a top Kitchen, very comfortable beds, more than enough towels, linen and a lot more. The location is very quiet with a nice view. Very warm welcome from the owners who even stocked the fridge, offered fruits, vegetables, wine and sweets. We enjoyed all the areas around the house, especially the outdoor kitchen, grill and the vegetable garden where we picked all kind of fresh fruits and vegetables. Zeljko and Kristina, you did a wonderful job with your villa, your hospitality and service! Thank you so, so much again for sharing your lovely house. Beautiful Villa near Omis

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and we had an amazing week. The villa is so well appointed with everything you could need. The highlights of our stay were *the pool (obviously) which was super clean and looked out over the hillside toward the sea - just lovely *the back garden with fresh figs, plums , tomatoes *A/c was there in the villa when you needed it but the villa had shutters which were also effective in keeping the bedrooms cool. *Omis was a short drive down the hillside and was a charming place with an old town , beach and shops with all the basics. *Split and access to the Islands was a 30min drive I can really recommend villa Nike to anyone wishing to explore this part of Croatia, the hosts are fabulous, explaining everything you need from the villa and about the local area. Thank you for helping make our holiday very special

Amazing property in a beautiful location

Villa Nike is beautiful and the property is meticulous. The villa is an extremely high specification and provides everything you could ever need. The views are beautiful, pool lovely and has an amazing barbecue/seating area and fully fitted outdoor kitchen. The owners left a lovely selection of breads, meat and cheese and a well equipped kitchen including tea, coffee, spices etc and all required cleaning products. There are so many activities in the local area that you can book - we loved the white water rafting and also river tubing. We’ve stayed in self catering properties for over 25 years and this is the best one we have ever found.

High quality villa, with everything you could possibly need. Clean, modern and clever. Nice bathrooms, nice kitchen and a great garden as well. It was beyond expectations and pictures. We stayed for a week with three granddaughters. Kristina and Zeljko were outstanding host providing us with little surprises and advice throughout the week. Beautiful Villa, wonderful hosts.

The Villa was beautiful, clean, modern and well equipped, and provided everything we needed for a week in the area. The kids loved the pool area which was private, and easily accessed from the patio doors off the living area. The hosts were superb and make you feel so welcome, and left lots of lovely welcome essentials and more for us all, from fresh bread and milk, to wine, beer, vegetables from the garden, and even ice cream for the children. We couldn’t have asked for any more.

Very nice house with a great view

This is a very well maintained and modern house. The view to the ocean and mountains is really great. There was lot of equipment at the house, and we did not miss anything, everything was working fine. The owners were very nice and helpful. It was a very unbusy/calm neighborhood. We really enjoyed spending our vacation at this house. The only small downside for us was that there was no easy way to walk to a store or restaurant, you will need car for everything. We give this place five stars and looking forward to go back some day...

Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung und sehr nette Vermieter

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden, bis auf die kleinsten Details. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, der Garten sehr schön angelegt, perfekt auch mit kleinen Kindern. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht, und man wird herzlich mit vollem Kühlschrank empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Modernes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und Lage!

Das Haus ist auf einem hohen Standard, da es erst letztes Jahr neu gebaut wurde. Es gibt zwei gleichgroße Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche. Ein Balkon zur Südseite lädt ein, die Morgensonne zu genießen. Der untere Wohn- und Essbereich ist durch eine sehr moderne Einrichtung geprägt. Die offene Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man dann direkten Zugang zum Pool und der Terrasse. Im oberen Bereich gibt es noch einen großzügigen Grillbereich. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr schön angerichtet. Die Vermieter waren stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist für eine Hanglage trotzdem gut erreichbar. Zu einem nächstgrößeren Supermarkt in Omis braucht man 10 Minuten. Allgemein ist Omis einen Besuch wert! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!! :-)

Tolle Traumvilla

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus, wo wirklich auch an das letzte Detail gedacht wurde. Die Villa bietet alles von Obstgarten über Grillplatz, Tischtennisplatte und schönen Pool. Wir kamen an und fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Die Vermieter empfingen uns sehr herzlich und hatten einige lokale Köstlichkeiten für uns bereitgestellt. Die Umgebung der Villa ist sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Ansonsten bietet Omis für jeden etwas. Ob Rafting, ZIP-line, traumhafte Strände oder ein Spaziergang durch die schöne Altstadt von Omis. Einfach alles für einen perfekten Urlaub! Abseits vom Trubel - Perfekt zum Erholen l

Wir vier Erwachsene haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Noch nie haben wir eine so gut ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden. Selbst die Messer sind scharf. Ausreichend Steckdosen sogar auf der Terrasse. Der gefüllte Kühlschrank bei Ankunft war wunderbar. Nach langer Anreise haben wir uns wirklich sehr gefreut. Alles was in den vorangegangenen Bewertungen erwähnt wird, können wir nur bestätigen. Es ist perfekt wenn man einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Für Meer, zu den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist allerdings ein Fahrzeug erforderlich. Lieben Dank für eure Mühe, euren Service und dieses wunderschöne Haus. Wir waren sehr gern eure Gäste. Wunschlos glücklich

Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser sauberen , geschmackvoll eingerichteten, wunderschönen Villa mit Pool und Meerblick. Die Villa und das Grundstück lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die „Grundausstattung“ im Kühlschrank zur Begrüssung und wussten auch die mögliche unkomplizierte Nutzung des Gemüsegartens sehr zu schätzen. Die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich. Der Grillplatz mit kleiner Extraküche bietet einen unbezahlbaren Mehrwert. Die Umgebung von Omis bietet viel Abwechslung. Wir waren Bootfahren auf der Cetina, wanderten zu den Burgen, waren Raften und Windsurfen und hatten Adrenalinschübe auf der Zipline. Baden waren wir meist am nahegelegenen Brzetstrand und genossen das Essen in den umliegenden Konobas oder zu Hause auf dem mit Reben überdachten Sitzplatz. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Gastgeber und Villa sind nicht zu toppen und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super. Er hat im Haus auf uns gewartet und uns sehr nett empfangen. Es gab Eis für die Kids, Wein und Bier für die Großen und jede Menge Obst ua. Das Haus ist perfekt - mega Pool, sehr tolle Einrichtung, sehr gemütlich und es ist an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Noch einmal ein großes Danke an den Vermieter!

Amazing place in the hills

The views from the property are amazing and it is very private and quiet. Omis town is about 10 mins drive down a scenic road. The owners were really attentive and helpful. The property was very clean and was equipped with everything you could ever need in a holiday rental. This is the ideal place to go for a quiet private holiday.
