The spacious living and dining room spans 45 m2 and features a panoramic window, a flat-screen television with cable and international channels, and direct access to both the balcony and the large terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, air conditioning, and a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and is also fitted with air conditioning. The third bedroom offers 1 single bed of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC, complemented by a separate WC. The apartment also features a small balcony and a large partially roofed terrace of 40 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a stunning view of the sea.
