An open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and filter coffee maker. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the ensemble. You will have a 15m² terrace, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing moments. Private parking space in addition to visitor spaces. Shared swimming pool with paddling pool for the little ones (open from April to September depending on the weather), pétanque court, children's playground, ping-pong and tennis court and a green and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing stay. A prime location: just minutes from the beaches of Ondres and the Basque Country, close to shops and local activities. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. The washing machine and dryer are shared. No Wi-Fi access. Tourist tax and accommodation deposit must be paid before arrival by credit card only. Optional services to be arranged before arrival:
