An open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and filter coffee maker. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the ensemble. You will have a 15m² terrace, perfect for outdoor meals and moments of relaxation. Shared Wi-Fi is included within the residence and a private parking space in addition to visitor spaces. Shared swimming pool with paddling pool for the little ones (open from April to September, weather permitting), pétanque court, children's playground, ping-pong and tennis court, and a green and peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing stay. A prime location: just minutes from the beaches of Ondres and the Basque Country, close to shops and local activities. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
