It was perfect for us and our time in Oneonta for my son' tournament at Allstar Village. It was under a 10 minute drive. Very close to plenty of restaurants and stores. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Perfect spot close to Main St and All Star Village. The unit was upstairs, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. You can walk to some good restaurants, the onsite laundry was clutch, and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Short distance to Walmart, gas, groceries, and fast food for those late nights. John was super accommodating and we’d recommend to anyone wanting comfort and convenience for a good price!

Close to all star village

Nothing fancy, but everything I needed to stay for a week while my son played baseball nearby. 7-8 minute drive to the field, quiet, comfortable, easy parking, laundry, and host was extremely responsive.

Very convenient to Allstar Village fields

This is an older large property which is reasonably priced, given the amenities. Private units have all that you need and everything is functional. Washer and Dryer were very convenient. Location is quiet and close to Walmart too! Perfect to see our grandson’s tournament.

Cooperstown Baseball Week

Our grandson was playing in the games at All Star Village in Oneonta so we wanted a place to stay that was convenient to the field. This was perfect. We were there in under 10 minutes. Shopping and restaurants were close by. Large bedroom, living room and kitchen. Bathroom was small but had the best shower ever! We would recommend it.

Clean, responsive owner, collection of old furniture pieces, refurbished kitchen and bath done with basic quality esthetics. Filled basic needs well. Owner needs to provide filters for coffee pot. A couple of bulbs and tv remote batteries need to be replaced in the apartment on ground floor that our daughter rented during stay at same time.

Amazing little place!

This apartment was so clean and larger than we expected! The neighborhood is very nice... there is a beautiful park a short distance away that we walked to. Walmart and restaurants are close by. The manager, John is the nicest guy! He is extremely helpful and kind.

Convenient location for Cooperstown All-Star Village. I appreciate it being close by when the schedules for the tournament changed. Accidentally lost my room key and John was very helpful. Would stay here again. .
