The exterior features classic Queen Anne architecture, including a graceful wrap-around porch. The vintage woodwork and moldings give warmth and character to the interior.
There are 2 spacious living rooms and a dining area on the first floor. The 5 bedrooms are all on the second floor. Four of the bedrooms have hardwood floors. One of the bedrooms and the common areas have wall-to-wall carpet.
17 Cedar is nestled in a hill overlooking a quiet residential neighborhood that has many homes of early architecture to enjoy as you explore the area. There is ample off-street parking. If you are lucky you may see an occasional white-tail deer relaxing in the upper back yard under the trees.
