This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a family or small group. The side yard w/picnic table sits in a private setting on East Street. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen w/wood cabinetry, separate dining room to seat 6, cozy living room w/50" Flat Screen TV and a full bathroom off the living room. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the others each have a full bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor as well. Washer/dryer in the basement. 50" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the Highest Speed Internet offered 400 mbps and Direct TV with over 145+ channels! Main Street is a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives THE HILL an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

THE HILL is centrally located between both baseball camps.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.
