The Space:
This stylish apartment is newly renovated and offers beautiful hardwood flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "HOME PLATE APT 2" is a second floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, Living Room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 40" inch or greater flat screen TV’s as well. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two have full size beds. For families / friends that wish to group together, “HOME PLATE APT 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 as well with the same exact layout.

Each apartment has separate keys. Downstairs Apartment 1 washer/dryer is in front of the bathroom. Upstairs Apartment 2 washer/dryer is also in the hallway closet. The driveway/lot is shared with Home Plate Apt 1 with plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Welcome guide is on the dining room table and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance.

Just a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife, gives HOME PLATE an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.
