Vacation with extended family or close friends in this bright, spacious home with lots of room both indoors and outdoors. Enjoy the private, natural setting any time of year. Just 5 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village and 14 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

This home is on a quiet, country road with plenty of space between neighbors and tree lines that provide additional privacy.

You'll have full access to the entire property during your stay

The main floor of this home includes an open floor plan, so the family can spread out amongst the kitchen, dining area and living room and still see and talk with each other. The living room has large windows that let in tons of natural light and showcase the natural setting outside. Also on the main floor are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with laundry. In the finished basement level is a large open floor plan with walk-out french doors, a seating/tv area that doubles as sleeping space, a gaming area with Nintendo Switch, plus a bunk bed and full bath. The outdoor space at this home is a vast open area of mowed grass, surrounded by trees and wildlife. You're likely to see deer and turkeys during your stay. There's also a firepit, deck with outdoor dining furniture and a propane grill.

This property is a few miles from town so the best way for traveling around the area is by car. There is free, private driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The home was close to Cooperstown All Star Village, making it convenient to go back and forth for games. Spacious, clean and welcoming, it comfortably hosted our family of 7. We enjoyed the property so much. It was a wonderful spot to bring our dog. They have everything you need there! It was so close to the college track with everything so handy. The large jet tub was a perfect ending to a chilly day at the track. Hostess was so kind and communicative. Very pleased! If you’re considering this property - do it!

Beautiful property! Super clean with every amenity needed for a fun family weekend. The weather did not cooperate but we still had great time since there's so much room inside! Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect

House was perfect for two families to share who both have players at all star village. Each was able to have their own bathroom and private sleeping floor and then share the living spaces. It was clean and decorated lovely.

Nice house and location

Family Weekend Get Away

We truly enjoyed our quick trip to Laurens and a peaceful stay at this home. A great get away with our own space but close enough to all locations. Very clean and accommodating home. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Anniversary/family time

The house and property were beautiful. Very clean, everything marked, which was a great help. It wasn't dog friendly for our dogs. The hardwood floors were to slippery. They kept falling. The steps into the house were steep for our dogs. It was convenient to everything including family. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful.

Great Place to Stay

The property was the best place to have a small family reunion. Everything in the house was labeled and east to find with PLENTY of activities to keep the kids busy. The location was a short drive to our local family members home and made it easy to travel back and forth. Melissa wa more than helpful our whole stay and I'd lo love to make a trip there again!

This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to Oneonta (5 miles), out in the country in the mountains with a fabulous view, had a huge secluded backyard which was perfect for kids and dogs, lots of room inside the house

Better than expected. The pictures don't really show how good the space is. Very roomy, plenty of beds, and a huge yard that our pups loved running around in. We didn't get to use the grill because it was pretty rainy, but we did use the outdoor firepit - which is a nice bonus. There's not a lot of dishware, so if you're a larger group, might need to plan for extras, and there's only a keurig coffee maker. Barely used the large finished basement. We didn't have any kids along, but all the outlets were child proofed, and there was a high chair in the corner of the kitchen if someone needs it. Close to the very beautiful Gilbert Lake State park, and many other parks around Oneonta.
