This comfortably furnished vacation home is located in a beautifully landscaped vacation park, the centerpiece of which is the beautiful Goudmeer with bathing beach. The vacation park is located in a beautiful wooded and natural area on the border of the provinces of Friesland and Drenthe. The pleasant vacation home has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with a well-maintained kitchen. Outside you can enjoy the open terrace with garden furniture. The vacation home is well insulated, so it is also suitable for a stay in the winter months. The vacation park also has a restaurant. In the village of Oosterwold you will find several supermarkets and other stores.



From this vacation home you can visit the village of Veenhuizen, where the National Prison Museum is located. The history of the prison village is presented here. A visit to the Drents-Friese Wold National Park, where you can walk and cycle, is also recommended from this vacation home. A visit to the Duinen Zathe amusement park in the well-known tourist village of Appelscha offers a day full of fun. If you want to go on a city trip, the provincial capitals of Assen and Groningen and the Frisian town of Drachten are not far away. The owner of the place, Anneke is just amazing! She is always willing to help and accommodate if it is possible! The place is modern, clean and cozy! We have visited the Oosterwolde twice and for sure there will be “a next time” if we are going to visit that area of the Netherlands again

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad und fehlender Garderobe.Durch fehlenden Flur wird leider recht viel Schmutz auf der gesamten WohnflÀche verteilt.Umgebung super.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Heizung, Warmwasser etc. war alles super. Ein Wunsch: Die EingangstĂŒr sollte einen Vorhang bekommen, da jeder vom Hauptweg direkt auf die Schlafzimmer- und ToilettentĂŒr schauen kann

Desperately needs fly screens

Nice clean property, but a few key things missing: 1. Fly screens; you cannot afford to open the windows either during the day or night, because there are loads and loads of mosquitos around the property, in trees etc. It's quite a damp area, so they love it. Alternatively, the owners can put air conditioning in. 2. Curtains/blinds on the front door and kitchen window; there's currently no privacy when you go from bedroom to bathroom, as the fully glazed front door will allow everyone outside to see you in high definition. 3. More hooks and shelves, especially in the bathroom, hardly anywhere to hang your towels out to dry, or place your things in the shower. 4. A few more kitchen utensils would be nice, like scissors.
