OK midrange central hotel. However staff had no interest in fixing an elevator which rarely works or a WIFI which is temperamental and does not work in the room.

Fabulous Gem

I can't praise the hotel enough. I was looked after like a VIP from the moment I arrived. They always enquired how I was and went out of their way to help me with any enquiry or transport need and the reception staff and Managers did speak some English to my relief. Felt absolutely safe as a solo female traveller and lots of things are in walking distance The hotel has a beautiful big reception lounge and there is a restaurant, which on the occasion I used served me with some very tasty food, other nice local cuisine simple eating places within 10min walk. The room was spacious and comfortable and it had hot water. Like everywhere in Algeria cash is preferred but I think they may accept visa for bookings but can't verify. Great 3star+

Insgesamt war ich ganz zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. In der ersten Nacht habe ich in einem Zweibettzimmer ĂŒbernachtet und ab der Zweiten in einem Doppelbettzimmer. Das zweite Zimmer war richtig schön und ich konnte gut schlafen. Das Personal war ganz nett und vor allem der HoteleigentĂŒmer, Hotelleiter, eine nette Dame auch beim Empfang mit grĂŒnen Augen. Ich hatte allerdings ein Problem. Ein MĂ€dchen, welches ich nicht kenne und sich mit ihrer Familie auch im Hotel aufhĂ€lt, ist einmal mit mir im Aufzug in den FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet gefahren. Eine entweder vom Empfang oder Putzpersonal hat behauptet, dass sie bei mir im Zimmer war. Der Hotelleiter hat mit mir darĂŒber gesprochen. Das fand ich ehrlich gesagt ganz unhöflich und hat mich sehr geĂ€rgert. Das ist auch RufbeschĂ€digung und ich als Gast bzw. praktizierender Muslim fĂŒhlte ich mich schlecht. Das hat meine Ehre auch verletzt. Das Hotel hat auch in jeder Etage von den Zimmern Überwachungskameras und hĂ€tte das prĂŒfen können, ohne mich zu fragen und Behauptungen/ LĂŒgen zu glauben. Außerdem hĂ€tte das die andere Familie von dem MĂ€dchen sehr geĂ€rgert, hĂ€tten Sie gewusst, was ĂŒber ihre Tochter von dem Personal erzĂ€hlt wurde. Der Hotelleiter hat sich nachher bei mit entschuldigt und ich habe es angenommen. Ein Tresor im Zimmer wĂ€re auch perfekt. Generell finde ich das Hotel schön und ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Sollte ich an einem Tag wieder nach Oran reisen, wĂŒrde ich gerne dort wieder buchen. :)

L'hÎtel est trÚs beau, avec une décoration du style classique. Le personnel était trÚs agréable et serviable, tant à l'accueil, qu'au petit déjeuner, qu'au gardien de parking. Le parking est sécurisé. L'hÎtel est situé dans un endroit calme. Je recommande vivement cet hÎtel d'Oran.
