This spacious and recently upgraded two bedroom and two bathroom rental property features a stunning view from the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico and the Perdido Pass boat channel. There are also three new flat screen televisions for your enjoyment, one in each bedroom and the largest one in the living area. The master bedroom has a spacious king bed with a wicker headboard, two matching nightstands, a dresser, and 32-inch flat screen television. The adjoining master bath has an extended vanity counter with a single sink and a short stool, and a classic bathtub-shower combination. The second bedroom has two matching double-size beds with wicker headboards, a nightstand and a chest of drawers, plus a 37-inch flat screen television and a DVD player. The private bathroom has a single sink and a tub-shower unit. The kitchen features new cabinets, countertops, refrigerator, stove with a flat top range, and a dishwasher. It is fully equipped and has everything a person would need to prepare meals. At the breakfast bar are two backless stools, and close by is a dark wood table with six matching chairs. The living room is a great spot to host a movie or sports night, due to the recent addition of a 40-inch flat screen television. A matching couch and love seat along with an armchair are a pleasant neutral color. There is also a pair of end tables and a coffee table, and a cream wood storage console for the television and DVD player. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

This was a lovely condo! The kitchen had everything we needed, beds made for decent sleeps (lots of pillows, thank you!), balcony had a great view, parking wasnât bad, location to stores and restaurants was great, pools/hot tubs were nice (maintenance cleaned them multiple times a day), and beach access was wonderful! The pictures made it look like a far walk, but it wasnât bad, especially with the nice walkway that had hoses set up for cleaning sand off in multiple places. The staff was very nice as well! All-in-all, it was a great stay!
The pictures and descriptions were very accurate. I loved that there were 4 elevators so we never had to wait too long. The amenities were perfect for my athletic young adult family (21 and 23 year olds). They played pickle ball and racquetball and we all even learned how to play shuffle board too. The facilities were well maintained and the staff was always present (Mopping bathroom areas near the pool, checking chemicals and just watching over things in generalâŠ.made for a safe experience. In addition they had plenty of pool chairs and never had to wait on them. Plenty of chairs on the beach to rent as well! This location is within minutes of Florbama and about 10 min to a great Publix and about /0 minutes from The Warf for shopping and movies and great food too! Great vacation for us!
Great condo & location. Itâs a plus being on the 4th floor! 4 Elevators in one location was wonderful. We didnât have to wait. Very easy check in & check out process. Trash chutes nearby . The patio furniture was fantastic! The only let down would be the couch. It was as picture, but a little worn out when sitting on it & wish they had Keurig (there was a coffee pot). But neither of those things made for a bad experience. Would stay in this condo again. They had plenty of towels & left supplies for first round of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper dishwasher soap, washer soap, & etc.That is what was expected. We brought supplies & went grocery shopping upon arrival. Clean beautiful condo.
I'm writing this review for informational purposes. The unit itself was really great - just as described, very nice, and as it looks in the photos. Everything was in working order. But there is definitely some information I felt I should have had beforehand. For instance, the unit is non-smoking, which is what I wanted, but smoking on the balcony is not permitted and if anyone is caught smoking, management will apparently charge a $250 fine. So be careful if you plan on having guests and make sure everyone knows the rules! We had to stay vigilant and post signs in case someone stopped by that didn't know the many rules (as we did not when we booked the property). Also, you receive only 2 keys - real keys, not card keys - and if you lose one, that's another $50 charge. Although this condo has something of a hotel feel, along with hotel rules, you do not get hotel perks - you can get fresh towels, for another fee. Dishes must be washed (of course), so if you plan on cooking you should bring dish soap - they leave you one packet of courtesy dishwashing detergent, but that's it. No cleaning supplies whatsoever, so you should probably bring those too because you're expected to clean, but they don't provide anything with which to clean. I recommend bringing toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, basically everything you may possibly need to keep things clean because nothing is provided but a "starter set" with 1 garbage bag, roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The balcony is a nice size, but there is no privacy - the balconies of the units on either side practically abut it - good morning, neighbors! They also require that the temperature remain on 75 or higher. These things are all mostly fine, I just wish I had known before arriving. Might have affected my choice of where to stay. Bottom line: the property is in a great location, the unit is really nice, but there were a lot of unhappy surprises/rules upon arrival. I would just prefer more communication. This place is not like other properties on VRBO that are managed by the owners. It had too much of a hotel feel for me, which is what I try to avoid by booking on VRBO. We had an amazing vacation, everyone followed all of the rules, and we were able to get out and get what we needed to leave the place as we found it. I just wanted to let others know what to expect since I felt a little blindsided at times.

Phoenix 7 Stay
Our stay at Phoenix 7 was memorable. The facilities were nice but the pool seemed cloudy during most of our stay. We had one problem with the kitchen light that was not addressed during our stay even after letting the front desk know The front desk people didn't really seem to care all that much. The remainder of the builing was nice. We may stay here again.

Awesome Place to stay
My mom (96) and I enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 7, condo 410. The place was clean, they had brand new towels, and the staff in the lobby was very pleasant. We had an awesome time at the beach, no sharks, just a few jelly fish. We were able to go in the water. Publix and Wal Mart was close by, the sea food restaurants were close and my two teens were able to go visit some bumper cars activity. I would stay there again and I have told my friends about it.
